The Falklands Maritime Heritage Trust, under the chairmanship of Donald Lamont, and the Expedition Leader, Dr John Shears, have assembled an interdisciplinary and international team of marine archaeologists, engineers, scientists and technicians who, working with the highly experienced officers and crew of S.A. Agulhas II, have the skills and knowledge to locate, survey and film the wreck of Endurance and conduct related scientific research in the Weddell Sea.
